Feeling "twisted" can be due to a number of things. Overall, this is your body's way of trying to find balance with the muscle arrangement it has right now. All in all, it stems from a structural misalignment and the joints/ muscles not working together. Thank your body for creating this, because it is trying to create balance however it can. The program can certainly help to "untwist" these symptoms, especially our more passive exercises.
