Pain during an exercise

If experiencing pain during an exercise, please do these 2 steps first before removing the exercise from your routine:

1) Reduce the range of motion of the exercise. Are you able to keep the movement in your routine but reduce how far you are twisting and/or how much you are moving? I would rather you try to get into the position, even if you are not doing the full extent of the exercise

2) Lower the intensity. Make the movement more gentle. Meet your body where it is. Even if that means you are doing half of the intensity you normally do.These things should help improve the routine and make it more functional! I'd love for you to keep doing the exercises as I'm sure your body needs them. Just do them with much less range of motion and intensity.

If an exercise still bothers you, we can remove and replace it with a modification.
