What happens if I miss a week?

If at all possible: do not miss a week of The Movement Program.

Especially within the first 8 weeks of the Discovery Phase (Phase 1) of the program.

Phase 2 is dependent on you completing and rating the first 8 weeks of routines.

Our job is to help you live into the commitment of changing your life. That’s why we’ve designed The Movement Program to help you stay disciplined…it’s all to help you develop the habit of self-care that’s going to change your life and body in a “once and for all” kind of way.

We understand that life happens and there are circumstances that may make it challenging for you to get to your movement routine ever so often––but those circumstances are far in few. They are the expectations, not the norm.

No matter what the excuse is, there’s still time you can make for yourself.

Making time for yourself and your movement sequences, even on your busiest days or times you’re on vacation, is ultimately going to enhance those experiences rather than if you were to miss a day…especially an entire week.

Maybe you have a physically demanding job working long hours, or juggle life with children and their busy schedules.

Take some time to reflect on how much of an impact your movement sequences will have on the way you show up to the activities your days are filled with.

These movement sequences require minimal equipment and time. They can be done anywhere.

Ask yourself if neglecting time for yourself and self-care is one of the contributing factors that led you here in the first place.

It isn’t always the case for everyone, but it is for a lot of people.

If it’s true for you, it’s time to change that. You deserve better.

If for some viable reason you have missed a week and would like to jump back you can.

Just go to the week you want to jump back to and click "Reset Program Back To This Week" button at the bottom of the page.
