What happens if I miss a day?

There is really no such thing as making us a missed day when it comes to function and posture therapy. But missing a day isn’t always a bad thing.

Sometimes, taking a day off, or a rest day, can actually be really beneficial. When you give your body new sequences, we are asking your body to work in ways it just hasn’t for a long time. Taking a few days off here and there can give your body a break so when you come back you’re ready to put the work in.

The single best thing you can do for yourself is to not beat yourself up mentally or being hard on yourself for missing a day.

I don’t want this to become a chore for you, I want it to be more of a hobby – something you look forward to that fulfills you instead of relating poorly and dread it. Give yourself a break if you need it, this work will always be here waiting for you to return.
