No.

The exercises are in a specific order to create a specific outcome.

Changing the order, let’s say doing it reverse, would have an entirely different outcome.

There is only one circumstance in which I would recommend you skip an exercise and that is if it really causes pain or symptoms.

Even with that being said, every exercise found within this program is something that the human body should be able to do. So if it brings you pain, you can skip it, but I recommend GENTLY exploring it and being soft with it – give it time, and observe how what might once be really painful is now your favorite exercise.

There is a fine line here though – asking the body to function in a way it can’t will almost always trigger symptoms, so please, tread lightly until your body understands what it should do and how it should do it! Try any exercise that triggers pain at 10%-20% effort until your body gets used to it!
