For best results, do the entire sequence in order.
There is only one exception to this.
If you splitting up your sequence is the only way you can get it done – then this strategy will work because splitting it up is still better than not doing it at all.
That being said, it’s not ideal because of every exercise having a specific function and order to it sets you up for the next one. So if you just start halfway in, your body might not be as ready as it should be for the exercises near the end of the sequence.
