Make this a lifestyle change. When are you the most consistent and energized to do your routine? Is it once you wake up to get your body moving for the day or is it right before bed when you want to mellow out? Find the time that works best for you and stick to it. Oftentimes, members feel so good after their routines that starting it is never the concern. We just need to carve out time each day! Add it to your calendar like you would a reservation :-)
