You can certainly work out and do your routine at the same time! We suggest prioritizing your Movement Therapy/ routine as this will enhance your movement and overall workout benefits in the gym. During your workout, please remember that there are structural changes happening within your body, so you may feel different sensations during your workouts that may feel unique and new.
