You do not need to submit photos anywhere aside from taking photos for the Pain Assessment Toolkit assessments. For The Movement Program, you do not need to submit photos anywhere. We will not be analyzing them or giving you feedback, so hang on to them for your own progress reference. If you want to send them to us to show us amazing before and after photos, we absolutely encourage that! They only get shared with your consent.
