The Movement Program is broken into 5 phases, each phase having an independent intention and duration.

Every program starts with the same phase 1 before it becomes a customized program to your body. In particular, Phase 1 has 8 routines spanning across 8 weeks. You will need to complete each routine a total of 5 times, meaning 1 time per day, or however many days it takes you to complete the routine 5 times, before unlocking the next routine. You will see a similar pattern within later phases.

Phase 1: Rediscover - Relax tension, unwind rotation, and start to restore proper function to your body with these short sequences.

Phase 2: Restore: Restore proper movement by rebalancing your body, realigning your posture, and unwinding tension with these longer versions of Phase 1 sequences.

Phase 3: Rebuild: The movements found within this phase are going to be more demanding. They're designed to strengthen the balanced foundation you’ve built in the previous phase.

Phase 4: Unite: Build these full-body exercises into your current routines to start taking even greater steps towards increasing what your body can do.

Phase 5: This final phase puts everything together into challenging flows of Corrective Exercises that prepare the body for a greater capacity of ability, mobility, and stability
