This can be a little challenging to view this as progress especially if you do not relate to pain well, which is completely normal.

Function is your North Star.

It is the thing that we are using to guide you to a better experience with your life and movement.

Sometimes, in fact often times when your function improves but there are symptoms, it’s because your body has no idea how to function here. It has become so used to compensation that now it’s working in an entirely different way.

My answer will often be to “give it time.” Most likely you are on the right path, just ease the effort a bit. Give your body a little time to adjust to the new functions instead of forcing your way to a better body.

I want you to try the next few movement routines with 75% of your effort and observe what happens!
