To get started with the Movement Program, follow these steps:
Access the Dashboard: Visit this link to access your dashboard. This is where you will find all phases of the program, as well as the additional courses and content for the program.
Begin with Phase 0: Click on Phase 0 and start with Your targeted relief area. You need to complete all 7 days and then rate the round to move onto your next round.
Routine Completion: Each routine in the program must be completed seven times before moving to the next one. If you miss more than four days, consider restarting the round .
